Good evening - 

Please remember to declare your swimmers by 12pm tomorrow as we will need to have this synced with Crestwood over the weekend so it will not be possible to back track.

Also, if you are a volunteer in the bull pen. It is your responsibility to make sure the group you are watching over makes it up to the lane loading area on time. Please keep a close watch on how the meet is progressing, and make sure your swimmers are organized in the order they will swim as they approach the lane loading station.
