Hello everyone and welcome to the summer 2025 swim season for the Brentwood Gators. We are thrilled to welcome back coaches Sean Dooley and Kelly Goodwin for another incredible season, with the help of Sophia, Owen and Maitland. 

Practice Times: 7:45-8:30am 7&8 yo and Camp kids, 8:30am-9:15am 9-10 yo, 9:15-10:15am 11&Up, 10:15am-10:45am 6 and under.

Swim Meets: 6/2 Gator meet, 6/9 vs. Crestwood, 6/16 vs. Briar Hill Farm, 6/23 vs. Warson Woods, 6/30 vs. Big Bend Woods, 7/7 vs Crestwood. All meets start at 5:30pm. Home warm ups are at 4:45pm, and away meets we will warm up at 5pm. Conference will hopefully be 7/12 but we are still securing the location. 7/14 Please plan to attend the end of season pool party to celebrate the successes of the season.

Volunteers: All parents are required to complete 3 volunteer shifts. Jobs will be posted and available for sign up. Please note that this organization is run on volunteers, so we will impose a $250 fee for anyone who does not complete their job shifts. Thank you for your understanding.

Cost: $195 for the first swimmer and $175 for each additional swimmer. This includes 1 swim cap per swimmer. 

The suits we will use this year will be the same as the 2024 season. If you need a new suit please contact B&B Aquatics in Des Peres. They will be able to fit you for the proper size and order the suit for you. 

Please reach out to the Parent Reps for questions. Also a reminder that you will need to declare or not your child for each meet. You can do it all at once when the season opens, or each week. This needs to be completed by the Friday before each meet. Otherwise I have to send out individual reminders to each swimmer and this can be very time consuming.
