Reminder, there is NO pracitce tomorrow for all age groups.

We are at Warson Woods tonight, parking is tight. There is a lot off Manchester that can be utilized. Please remind your kids to pick up after themselves. Also a reminder for our children for good sportsmanship - we should be congratulating other swimmers and so forth rather than seeing this as just a competition. Tonight our warm ups sill start at. 5pm, swimmer check in 4:45pm. Also if anyone wants to pick up a volunteer shift tonight please reach out. Bring plenty of ice and water, it will be hot especially for those of us on the pool deck.
