A Few notes from BBW for tonight. Please note swimmer and volunteer check in starts at 4:30pm.

BBW is looking forward to hosting your team tonight. 6/22. Please find a few things about our pool below: 

Parking: Our parking lot will be open for your families. Overflow parking will be on Big Bend Woods Drive and the grass field across the street. Parking attendants will be available to direct them. Please be mindful of the neighbors and not block driveways.

Bullpen: We will be sharing the large grass field next to the pool area for bullpens. Please bring lawn chairs, blankets etc. No chairs will be provided. Depending on how long the meet lasts, this area gets pretty dark for packing up belongings. It can be helpful to bring a flashlight . Bug spray is also useful. 

Concessions: We will have concessions available for card only purchases. The grill will be offering brats, hotdogs, and hamburgers. Chips, candy, other snacks and drinks will be available. 

Warm ups: Brentwood warm ups will begin at 5:00pm. Racing starts at 5:30pm. 

Timer Meeting: A timer meeting will be at 5:15pm on the pool deck. 

A note from our coaches: We are swimming 4 lanes (2 of our lanes are too shallow for diving). We also plan to do flyover starts for 11 and older swimmers. We are looking forward to a night of wonderful swimming! If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
