Looking forward to our last regular season meet tomorrow. If you are attending the meet and not signed up for a job, we still have a couple of spots we need help. The end of season party a week from tomorrow we will ask for last names A-M to bring sides and N-Z dessert.

From Crestwood For tomorrow night:

Parking - We share a lot with the police department off of Sappington Road. We have quite a bit of parking, however there will be additional parking at St. Elizabeth's across the street. A police officer will be there to assist with crossing Sappington if you park across the street.

Bullpen - When you enter the pool, your bullpen area will be straight back to the left, through the chain link gate. It is the patio and grassy area behind the fence. Please remind your swimmers not to play in the grassy areas or on the retaining walls along the side of the pool. Also please stay within the white fence, as the property behind the fence belongs to our neighbors.

Food - We have a concession stand with snacks and candy (cards only, no cash) We will also be selling pizza slices in the corner of the pool near the beach entry (Venmo or cash!).

Volunteer Hub/Computer Area - CSC's volunteer check-in is under the awning (this is directly in front of you when you enter the pool). The computers will also be stationed here. If you need help with anything, let us know! This is where we'll be stationed. We are there to help and make sure your team has a successful meet.

Here is a rundown of our schedule:

4:30-4:45 Arrival, Volunteer Check-in, and Bullpen Setup

5:00-5:10 CSC Team Warm Ups

5:10-5:20 BBW Team Warm Ups & volunteer meetings (starter should be running a meeting for the timers at about 5:15)

5:20-5:30 Sprints, team meeting and cheer, both teams

5:30 Races Begin
