Brentwood vs Big Bend Woods

Brentwood Swim Club Welcomes Big Bend Woods to our third home dual meet of the season. Please be aware of neighborhood parking signs. The home team families are encouraged to drop off their swimmer and park in the surrounding streets, where allowed, or at the Hanely Park parking lot. Please check in by 4:30 (home team check in is at the pavilions located behind the slide and diving board. Volunteers will also check in at these pavilions). Home team warm ups start promptly at 4:45 Visting team warm ups start promptly at 5:00 The timer meeting will be at 5:15 at the pavilion with the computer table. Please be prompt for this meeting. The home team bull pen is located in the grass just off the tennis/pickle ball courts. Please find your swimmers age group and drop their stuff in the designated area. Please bring and extra towel that your swimmer can use to sit on, and a flashlight. The bull pen area gets pretty dark after the sun goes down. This will make it easier to pack up after the meet ends. The swim team will be selling Papa John's Pizza, Chick Fil A sandwiches, and smoothies. We can take cash or card. Our concession stand will also be open selling their normal offerings. |

Brentwood Swim Club will be at Warson Woods for our third dual meet of the season. This is an away meet. Upon arrival, please park as instructed by the home team volunteers. Please check in by 4:30 As the visting team, our warmups start promptly at 5:00 The timer meeting will be at 5:15. If you are a time please listen for instructions on where to meet and please be prompt for this meeting. Please look for other Gator swimmers to find out where our bullpen is located. You can always ask a parent rep or a volunteer from the other team. Lets have a great meet! |
